Thank you for shopping with BISSEN! Every order is carefully packed and shipped with care. As many of our products are handmade in small batches or made-to-order, please allow a little extra time while we prepare your order.

Order Processing

Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship domestic and international orders using Australia Post and Sendle. The shipping carrier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, peak shipping periods, customs processing, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience if delays occur.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@bissen.com.au. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, we can't guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
